Keynote Speech at Birkbeck College

Elaine was invited to do the keynote speech at a conference entitled ‘The Language of Illness and Pain’ at Birkbeck College, London University. She spoke on aspects of ‘The Dreadful and The Divine’ which connected with her exhibition at The Royal College of Surgeons earlier in the year.
